McAleer on track at Cadwell

Less than two weeks after a massive highside during a testing session at Cadwell Park, looked like it might put the Omagh College student Nicole McAleer on the sidelines, she was back on track and in action in the National Metzeler Superstock 600 Championship at Cadwell Park.

Oulton Park learning curve for McAleer

After a difficult weekend at Thruxton a few weeks ago, Omagh’s Nicole McAleer was hoping to have a better race weekend at Oulton Park over the Bank Holiday, however it was not too be. McAleer had gearbox trouble during qualifying.

Confidence soaring for Omagh Teenager

Nicole McAleer who had a torrid start to the 2009 season is gradually gaining her old confidence and this was noticeable on Sunday at Brands Hatch when the teenager from Omagh who is about to embark on her second year of her College studies in September got a good start to the 14 laps race which was held over the full Brands Hatch GP circuit.

Teenager swaps Omagh for Spain

Omagh teenager Nicole McAleer swapped a cold and damp Omagh, Northern Ireland for a warm sunny Cartagena, Spain last week when she and the rest of the SP125 Racing team headed to warmer climes for some pre season testing for the forthcoming 2009 British Championships.
