Charlie King

I first started racing motorbikes at the age of 6, on a minimoto in the south of England minimoto championships. In that time I gained many trophies for 1st 2nd and 3rd placed finishes. In 2005 I then moved on to a Metrakit 50cc at the age of 9, racing in the MMRA FAB racing British championship getting a few good finishes but what I really wanted was the first place at Three Sisters late on in the year. I then moved on to a metrakit 70cc, I hade an up and down year with having various problems with suspension and speed, I still managed to get various good results.

I had to then sit the first half of 2008 out waiting till I was 12 to get my ACU licence, I did various championships getting a 6th place at the Aprilia Superteens Challenge at Pembrey (out of 40 riders ), I also got a 5th place at the MRO Superteens at Snetterton ending the year on a high. (Being the youngest out there for the last part of the year )

In 2009 I then contested on my Aprilia RS125 in the MRO Superteens championship competing in 7 of the 9 rounds, picking up 4 podium finishes at Oulton Park, Cadwell Park, and Snetterton and getting a pole position at Snetterton in June. I finished 11th out of 39 riders in the final standings.

Also at the end of 2009 I had a few run outs on my new Honda RS125 doing 2 rounds at Oulton Park and Anglesey getting a 5th and 7th place and completing the last round of Thundersport GP3 at Rockingham.

For 2010 I will be competing in the British GP 125 Championship which runs along side British Superbikes with a whole range of televised coverage on Eurosport 1,2 and ITV 4.

For next year to compete and be competitive at this level we are going to need outside help, this would also be a great opportunity for your business/name/logo to be exposed to thousands all over the country, and this will be a great opportunity for us both to grow together.

We can help you with advertising your company by getting your name shown on TV on the side of the bike, on clothing or on the transporter. We could also give entry to some of the greatest circuits in England and give you the complete race atmosphere and a super weekend.

Thanks and I hope you can help me progress to greater things in my racing career.

If you have anyway of helping me please contact me on the details below. M

Many thanks,
