Daley Mathison is a 16 year old with a difference.

Whilst most teenagers are playing on computer games and dreaming of becoming Pop stars or Racing Drivers - Daley is out there making his own dreams come true. Three years ago Daley started his career in Motorcycle racing, with the help of a very supportive Dad, he quickly gained respect and attention as an up and coming star of the future - aged just 13!

Daley started racing in the auto 66 championship which guarantees a hard and cut throat race due to the do or die attitude of the fearless youngsters. Daley’s mature and calm nature served him well throughout and his confidence and experience grew through the following two years, along with developing and honing his race craft and skills.

Daley has gained the well deserved respect of his peers and race officials alike due to his natural talent combined with a determined attitude and highly professional approach. Daley is easy to work with and due to his superb communication and interpersonal skills is a sponsors dream.

Daley has also completed his GCSE’s and got some great results and is currently half way through a two year course at darlington collage studying mechanical engineering.

What does 2008 hold for Daley Mathison?

Daley will be running a Honda RS125 gp this year after a successful last year on a production bike, concentrating this year on all of the meetings at the famous road circuit at scarborough (olivers mount). After doing so well for the first time at olivers mount on the production bike we are looking forward to seeing what Daley can do this time on a competitive bike, the whole team are very confident that he can do well.

For the 2008 season Daley Mathison is looking to ride in 5 of the North Eastern rounds or the British Super Bikes however he is in need of funding to make that happen. (see the sponsorship details below)
