The Biker Place

I am Luke Hedger, little brother to Danny Hedger. I race with the number 95 as it was the year i was born and i live in Bristol. I started racing in 2006 competing in the British minimoto championship, racing a 4.2 minimoto and a 50 cc metrakit, I managed to finish 2nd place on the 4.2 minimoto, and 6th in the metrakits.

In 2007 I entered in the same championship moving up classes to production minimoto and 70cc metrakit, i got 3rd in minimoto and 4th in the metrakits, this year i joined the Bemsee club. I have been racing in the Superteens with my brother, I am racing on a Metrakit 80cc after the club decided to allow us to run with the superteens this year for the first time and it’s great fun!

I enjoy racing and have made a lot of friends in the sport and met a lot of great people. If it wasn’t for my Mum & Dad I wouldn’t be doing this, my Dad works really hard to pay for me and my brother to do racing we do have one sponsor 1st Choice Flooring (it’s my antie and uncle’s bussiness it not much but every little helps). Our local newspaper have been great too, they have published 4 stories about me and my brother now.

I am racing at Brands Hatch on the 10-11th May with the British Superbikes it’s going to be a a great opportunity for our club to show off some really talented racers and I cant wait.
