Next season came pretty quick and Nicole really didn’t know what she was going to do but, half way through the season, decided to buy a 50cc Metrakit and race in the British championship. She started racing in the 125cc clubman’s championship in Northern Ireland for one year and finished 8th but was happy that she had came home with a podium under her belt. Nicole and family then decided it was best for her career to go and race over sea in England and so, started racing in the MRO championship but after one round it was cancelled so decided it was best to go and race in the British championship half way through the season. The standards were much higher than Nicole was used to but she gave it her best shot and came home with a 15th at Snetterton and a 10th at Knockhill even though she had never raced any of the British tracks before.

In 2007 Nicole completed a full season in the British championship but due to mechanical faults had a very frustrating year, but 08 is looking a lot better and she is hoping to finish inside the top 5 and be the first female ever to stand on a British podium.

For the 2008 season Nicole has signed for the highly successful SP125 Racing team, which is run by the former 125cc & 250cc British Champion and ex Grand Prix rider, Steve Patrickson who’s team claimed the 2007 British 125 GP Championship.

Nicole and the team will be preparing for the upcoming season by going to Spain on the 26th February for some pre season testing, before kick starting the season at Easter during the British Superbike Championship, test weekend, two weeks before the start of the 2008 season commences.
