Sam Burman aims to Thunder at Brands Hatch
Sam Burman (www.samburman.co.uk) is looking forward to what promises to be a successful weekend’s racing at Brands Hatch, on May 31st and June 1st, where she will be racing her Honda RS in the ongoing Thundersport Championship series.
Sam has had a mixed start to the 2008 season, overcoming crashes, illness and severe weather conditions to get back on the podium at her previous Brands Hatch outing with a 3rd place finish.
The determined young racer is looking to improve lap times and aims to better her last outing at the famous British circuit, where she has high expectations for the weekend’s racing.
Despite that determination and high level of expectation she is placing upon herself, Sam clearly enjoys her racing at Brands. “I love the track,” she stated “and seem to go well there so I am really excited about this meeting. I hope to start finishing further up the field pretty soon and have high hopes this weekend will prove that I can run with the leaders.”
