Starting at Spennymoor and heading up through Crook and Wolsingham towards Alston, some very nice windy roads, very few police.
Get to Alston and head up to The Hartside Top Cafe, brilliant windy roads on the way up, you can see for miles ahead at times. Stop at the cafe where there should be plenty more bikers! Then either go back the way you came or head on down the other side of Hartside pass and on towards Penrith or Windemere. Great route with some great roads.
